- CVE-2026-84960, 11 Sep 2026
- The WP-Members Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via URL Query String in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.6 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Successful exploitation requires the victim to first visit the attacker-crafted URL and then click the Terms of Service link rendered on the resulting registration page. CVE record
- CVE-2026-2363, 4 Mar 2026
- The WP-Members Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'order_by' attribute of the [wpmem_user_membership_posts] shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.5.1. This is due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. CVE record
- CVE-2025-14448, 15 Jan 2026
- The WP-Members Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the Multiple Checkbox and Multiple Select user profile fields in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.4.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. CVE record
- CVE-2025-12648, 7 Jan 2026
- The WP-Members Membership Plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized file access in versions up to, and including, 3.5.4.4. This is due to storing user-uploaded files in predictable directories (wp-content/uploads/wpmembers/user_files/<user_id>/) without implementing proper access controls beyond basic directory listing protection (.htaccess with Options -Indexes). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to directly access and download sensitive documents uploaded by site users via direct URL access, granted they can guess or enumerate user IDs and filenames. CVE record
- CVE-2025-9489, 9 Sep 2025
- The The WP-Members Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.4.2. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes. CVE record
