Hosting support: keep your host, we manage it
Website hosting support for businesses that have a host but no one to drive it. We handle the SSL certificates, DNS records, email settings, server errors and renewals on whatever hosting you already pay for, so "have you tried asking your host?" is never the answer again.
The server-side jobs nobody owns until they break
Hosting companies rent you a server. Everything below is your problem, until it becomes ours.
SSL certificates
Issued, installed and renewed before they lapse. An expired certificate makes browsers block your site, which looks exactly like an outage to customers.
Server errors and outages
500 errors, white screens, exhausted resources, PHP version problems. We read the logs, find the cause and fix it at server level.
DNS and domains
Record changes done right first time, domains kept renewed and in your name. DNS mistakes can take a site and its email down for days.
Email that arrives
Mailbox setup, routing fixes, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your messages stop landing in spam.
Email deliverabilityRenewals and monitoring
Hosting, domain and certificate renewal dates tracked, with 24/7 uptime checks available so nothing lapses or fails silently.
Uptime monitoringMoves when you outgrow it
If your host genuinely is the problem, we say so with evidence, and move you with zero downtime and zero SEO loss.
Website migrationYour host, our hands
One team, whichever host you use
We work inside whatever you already have
IONOS, Fasthosts, GoDaddy, 123-reg, Krystal, SiteGround, a reseller account your old developer set up in 2016: we manage them all daily. There is no requirement to move, no rebadged hosting bill, and no blaming the host while they blame the website. One team owns the whole problem.
- Works with any UK or global hosting provider
- cPanel, Plesk and custom panels all covered
- We deal with your host's support desk so you never queue
Evidence first, recommendations second
And honest advice when the host is the problem
Sometimes the cheapest fix is a better server. If your site is slow because of underpowered shared hosting, or your host has abandoned old PHP versions, we tell you plainly and show the evidence. Our managed WordPress hosting runs from a UK data centre with migration included, but we only recommend it when the numbers justify it.
- PHP 8.1 security support ended December 2025: many hosts still run it
- Speed, uptime and error evidence before any recommendation
- Zero-downtime migration if you do decide to move
Handing over the keys takes an afternoon

We audit the account
SSL status, DNS records, PHP version, email configuration, renewal dates, resource usage. You get a short report on what is solid and what was about to bite you.
We run it from then on
Renewals tracked, errors fixed, changes handled on request. When something server-side misbehaves, you send one message and it gets sorted.

Frequently asked questions
What is hosting support?
Hosting support means someone technical manages the server side of your website: SSL certificates, DNS records, email configuration, PHP versions, server errors and renewals. Your hosting company rents you the server; hosting support makes sure everything running on it is configured, renewed and fixed properly.
Do I have to change my hosting provider to use you?
No, that is the point of this service. You keep your existing host and hosting bill, and we manage the account for £39 a month. We only suggest moving if your current host is genuinely holding you back, and if it is, our migration service moves you with zero downtime.
Which hosting companies do you work with?
Any of them. Day to day we work inside IONOS, Fasthosts, GoDaddy, 123-reg, Krystal, SiteGround and dozens of smaller UK providers, plus cPanel and Plesk servers generally. If your host has a control panel or an API, we can manage it.
Can you fix a 500 internal server error?
Yes. A 500 error means the server hit a problem it could not recover from: a PHP fatal error, a broken .htaccess rule, exhausted memory or a bad update. We read the server logs to find the real cause rather than guessing, and this is one of the most common fixes we do.
What is the difference between hosting support and website maintenance?
Hosting support covers the platform your site sits on: server, SSL, DNS, email and renewals. Website maintenance covers the site itself: software updates, backups, security and content fixes. They pair well, and many clients take both, but you can start with either.
Do you handle domain and SSL renewals?
Yes. Missed renewals are one of the most common causes of a website suddenly disappearing, so we track your domain, SSL and hosting renewal dates, set auto-renewal wherever the provider supports it, and chase anything that needs a human before it lapses.
Can you sort out my website email as well?
Yes. We fix mailboxes that stopped syncing, DNS records that route mail to the wrong place, and messages landing in spam. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to accept bulk mail reliably, and our email deliverability service sets those up properly.
