What we collect and why

Who we share data with
Only processors we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), our UK hosting infrastructure, and our accountants for invoice records. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months. Client records and invoices: 6 years, as required by UK tax law. Checker tool caches: hours, not days. Server logs: up to 90 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function, which is why you do not see a consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@websupportservices.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date at the top. Significant changes affecting clients will be emailed.
