Accessibility statement
We sell accessibility services, so this page is held to a higher bar than most. Here is how this website measures up, honestly.
Our commitment
Web Support Services (Box 4 Digital Group Ltd) wants everyone to be able to use websupportservices.co.uk, whatever technology or ability they bring. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.
How this site supports accessibility
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a skip-to-content link and a logical heading structure on every page.
- All functionality available by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Text and interface colours checked against WCAG contrast requirements.
- Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function; the layout adapts to small screens and zoomed views.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
- Animations are minimal and respect the "prefers reduced motion" setting.
- No content flashes, autoplays with sound, or traps keyboard focus.
How we test
Every page is scanned with axe-core (the same engine behind our free accessibility checker) before it goes live, and the site receives the same monthly automated and human monitoring we sell to clients, including keyboard-only and screen reader spot checks with NVDA and VoiceOver.
Known limitations
Our free checker tools display third-party website content inside their results (for example, code snippets from the page you tested). We present these as accessibly as we can, but the snippets themselves reflect the tested site. PDF downloads, where offered, are tagged, but older third-party documents may not be fully accessible; ask us for an accessible alternative.
Feedback and contact
If anything on this site is hard to use with your setup, please tell us: email info@websupportservices.co.uk or call 0208 088 8371. We aim to respond within two working days and to fix genuine barriers as priority work, not backlog items.
Enforcement
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with our response, you can raise the matter with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on the Equality Act 2010.
