WooCommerce support that protects revenue
When a shop breaks, it is not an IT problem, it is lost orders by the hour. Our WooCommerce support keeps checkouts working, payments flowing and order emails arriving, with UK engineers watching your store around the clock.
The failures that quietly cost stores money
Every one of these is a real pattern from our support queue. Most were losing revenue for days before anyone worked out why.
Checkout failures
Place order buttons that do nothing, carts that empty themselves, checkouts broken by caching or a plugin update. Diagnosed from console and server logs, fixed at the cause.
Payment gateway issues
Stripe and PayPal webhook failures, 3D Secure loops, declined payments and expired API connections. We speak gateway, so faults get pinned down fast.
Missing order emails
Order confirmations stuck in a dead wp-cron queue or spam-foldered for missing SPF, DKIM and DMARC. We fix sending and authentication so emails arrive.
Stock sync problems
Overselling after a sync failure, stock stuck on zero, channel feeds out of step with the store. We find where the sync chain breaks and repair it.
Safe extension updates
WooCommerce, its extensions, WordPress and PHP each move separately. We update against the compatibility matrix with backups first and a test order after.
Peak trading readiness
Black Friday and sale-day preparation: load testing, caching and hosting tuned for the spike, risky changes frozen, engineer on call.
A brochure site can wait until Monday. A store cannot.
Silent failures cost more than outages
Downtime on a store is measured in pounds
If your site takes £2,000 a day, a checkout fault that lasts a weekend costs more than a year of support. Worse, most store failures are partial: the site looks fine, but one payment method fails or emails stop, so the damage runs silently for days. That is why store cover is monitoring plus routine testing, not just waiting for your call. It is the reason our Premium plan places test transactions and checks the whole order path every month.
- Uptime checked every minute, 24/7, with engineers alerted instantly
- Checkout and payment flow tested routinely, not assumed
- 53% of mobile visitors abandon pages that take over 3 seconds, and slow checkouts convert worst of all
Your store is the target. Act like it.
Security and updates, handled like money depends on it
Stores hold customer data and process payments, which makes them the priority target: 43% of cyber attacks aim at small businesses. A hacked store loses trading time, trust and sometimes its card processing. We run hardened website security, daily off-server backups and controlled updates as standard, all managed by the same WordPress support engineers who fix the store when something slips through.
- Daily off-server backups with test restores, so worst case is hours, not weeks
- Malware and blacklist monitoring on the domain your revenue depends on
- Updates tested against the WooCommerce compatibility matrix before going live

Frequently asked questions
What does WooCommerce support include?
Everything that keeps a WooCommerce store taking money: checkout and payment gateway fixes, order email deliverability, stock sync issues, plugin and extension updates tested against the WooCommerce compatibility matrix, speed work on product and checkout pages, security, backups and monitoring. Premium Care includes routine payment testing, so checkout faults are found by us, not customers.
Why is my WooCommerce checkout not working?
The usual suspects: a plugin conflict introduced by an update, a JavaScript error blocking the place order button, an expired or misconfigured payment gateway connection, or a session and caching problem where the cart page is being cached. We reproduce the fault, read the browser console and gateway logs, and fix the cause rather than the symptom.
Why are my WooCommerce order emails not arriving?
Order emails fail for two separate reasons and both are common. Either wp-cron is not firing so queued emails never send, or the emails send but land in spam because the domain lacks proper SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft now require. We fix the sending mechanism and the authentication so emails reliably reach inboxes.
How much does WooCommerce support cost?
Our care plans run from £119 a month for Professional to £249 for Premium, excluding VAT, and Premium is built for stores: it includes WooCommerce and payment testing, 3 hours of development time and a 2-hour priority emergency response. Standalone uptime and security monitoring is £29 a month. One-off fixes start at £149.
Can you get my store ready for Black Friday and peak trading?
Yes, and the time to start is weeks before, not the Monday of the sale. We load-test the critical paths, tune caching and hosting for the traffic spike, freeze risky updates over the peak window, and put monitoring and an on-call engineer behind the store while it trades hardest.
Do you work with Stripe, PayPal and other payment gateways?
Yes. We handle configuration, webhook failures, API key rotations, 3D Secure issues and gateway plugin updates for the mainstream gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and card processors like Worldpay. When a gateway declines or times out, we can tell you whether the fault is your site, the plugin or the provider, and prove it.
