We take a full backup, then measure everything: Lighthouse mobile and desktop, Core Web Vitals field data, server response, asset weights. You see the starting numbers on day one.
Fix in priority order
Images, caching, scripts, fonts, hosting, database: worked through in the order that moves your numbers most, tested on staging, with key journeys checked after every change.
Prove it and protect it
You receive a before and after report under identical test conditions. If it did not improve, you do not pay. The retainer then keeps the result from eroding.

Why is my website so slow?
Usually a stack of small causes rather than one villain: oversized images, too many plugins each loading their own scripts, no caching, render-blocking JavaScript, heavyweight fonts and a slow hosting server. Our audit measures each one on your actual site, so we fix what matters instead of guessing.
Does page speed really affect Google rankings?
Yes. Page speed has been a confirmed Google ranking factor on mobile since 2018, and Core Web Vitals joined ranking signals in 2021. Speed rarely outranks great content on its own, but between comparable pages the faster one has the edge, and slow pages lose visitors before rankings even matter.
How fast should my website load?
