Is VAT included in these prices?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is standard for business services. VAT is added at checkout and you receive a full VAT invoice for your records.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Monthly plans are rolling with no minimum term. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal or just email us. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.
What happens right after I pay?
You get an immediate receipt and a welcome email asking for secure access details. Onboarding starts the same working day: full backup, health audit and monitoring, usually complete within 24 hours.
What if my site needs more work than my plan includes?
Anything beyond your plan is quoted as a fixed price before we start, never billed by surprise. Plan development time rolls into the work first, so smaller jobs are often covered entirely.
