How much does website support cost in the UK?

What is the difference between website support and website maintenance?

Maintenance is the scheduled work: updates, backups, security checks, done week in, week out. Support is the wider service wrapped around it: someone to call when a form stops working, advice on hosting or SEO, small changes and emergency fixes. Our plans include both, so you do not need two suppliers.

Can you support a website that another company built?

Yes, most sites we support were built by someone else. We run a takeover audit first: full backup, access secured in your name, and a written health report so you know exactly what you are starting from. We handle the handover with your old developer too.

Do I have to buy a monthly plan, or can I get one-off website help?

Both. If something is broken right now, our emergency website fix is £149 per incident with no fix, no fee. If you want problems prevented rather than cured, a monthly plan works out far cheaper over a year.

How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?
