CVE-2026-103888, 3 Oct 2026
The WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'woosq-redirect' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The WooCommerce "redirect to cart after add to cart" option must be enabled for the filter that reads the woosq-redirect parameter to execute; however, the ?quick-view= auto-open mechanism means no further user interaction beyond loading the crafted URL is required to trigger script execution. CVE-2025-11741, 18 Oct 2025
The WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.5 via the 'woosq_quickview' AJAX endpoint due to insufficient restrictions on which posts can be included. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract data from password protected, private, or draft products that they should not have access to. CVE record
CVE-2025-8618, 20 Aug 2025
The WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's woosq_btn shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. CVE-2024-5020, 4 Dec 2024
Multiple plugins for WordPress are vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's bundled FancyBox JavaScript library (versions 1.3.4 to 3.5.7) in various versions due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. CVE record
CVE-2023-6494, 13 Apr 2024
The WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via admin settings in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level permissions and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled. CVE record

What to do if you run WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce

If you run WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce, open WordPress and check the installed version in Plugins. Compare it with the affected versions in the vulnerability record. If a fixed version is available, take a current backup and update to that version or the latest supported release.

After dealing with the affected software, check administrator users, unexpected file changes, redirects, unfamiliar pages and security logs for signs that the site may already have been altered.
