- CVE-2026-75961, 18 Sep 2026
- The NEX-Forms - Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'additional_params' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 9.3.0 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The operator allowlist applied by get_table_records() when building its own WHERE fragment is not enforced on the same tainted additional_params array when it is forwarded to get_total_records(), leaving the SQL sink unprotected. CVE record
- CVE-2026-15602, 16 Aug 2026
- The NEX-Forms - Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'additional_params' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 9.2.4 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with admin-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This is a second-order vulnerability; the payload is stored via the submission_report2 AJAX handler (which lacks a nonce check and relies solely on a capability that can be configured down to subscriber-level) and triggered when a CSV export is generated. CVE record
- CVE-2026-15450, 1 Aug 2026
- The Nex Forms - Ultimate Form Builder - Lite plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion via path traversal in versions up to, and including, 9.2.3. This is due to the delete_file() AJAX handler retrieving a file path from the database and passing it directly to unlink() with no validation (no realpath(), basename(), or allowlist check), combined with the insert_record() AJAX handler that lets the same authenticated user store an arbitrary value in the target 'location' column (wp_kses() only strips HTML tags and does not neutralize path traversal or absolute paths). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with admin-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the affected site's server, including wp-config. When the plugin's user-level option is configured to something else, this may be exploitable with lower privileges. CVE record
- CVE-2026-10525, 17 Jul 2026
- The NEX-Forms WordPress plugin before 9.2.3 does not sanitise and escape some submitted form data before storing it and outputting it back in the admin dashboard, leading to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability which could allow unauthenticated users to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks against high privilege users such as administrators when they view the submitted entries. CVE record
- CVE-2026-9017, 11 Jul 2026
- The NEX-Forms - Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 9.2.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the saved_admin_email, saved_user_email, and saved_user_email_address fields of arbitrary form entries belonging to other users, and cause the site to dispatch attacker-controlled email content to attacker-chosen recipient addresses. CVE record
- CVE-2026-13040, 3 Jul 2026
- The NEX-Forms - Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'real_val__' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 9.2.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The submission endpoint is registered via wp_ajax_nopriv_submit_nex_form with no nonce verification, making it fully accessible to unauthenticated attackers without any CSRF token. CVE record
- CVE-2026-12142, 1 Jul 2026
- The NEX-Forms - Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via '_name[]' Array Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 9.2.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The wp_kses() output filtering pass provides no mitigation because NEXForms_allowed_tags() explicitly permits <script>, <iframe src/srcdoc>, and JS event handlers such as onClick, onBlur, and onChange in its allow-list. CVE record
- CVE-2026-12404, 27 Jun 2026
- The NEX-Forms - Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 9.2.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to enumerate sequential report IDs and download complete form submission data - including names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, payment details, and uploaded file paths - for any saved report on the site. CVE record
- CVE-2026-7046, 15 May 2026
- The NEX-Forms - Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based blind SQL Injection via the 'table' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 9.1.12 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. CVE record
- CVE-2026-5063, 3 May 2026
