- CVE-2026-97342, 2 Oct 2026
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'choice' Post Meta via Insert/Update Post Action in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.5.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload is submitted via the unauthenticated wp_ajax_nopriv_jet_form_builder_submit endpoint, stored verbatim into post meta through the Insert/Update Post action, and later rendered unescaped by the Select Field block template when the get_from_db option generator copies raw meta values into option value attributes and label content. CVE record
- CVE-2026-92212, 25 Sep 2026
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via 'jfb_xss' (URL Query Variable) Parameter via Calculated Field in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.5.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires the targeted page to host a form configured with both a URL Query Variable preset field and a Calculated Field that references it, which are standard plugin features. CVE record
- CVE-2026-19860, 19 Sep 2026
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder WordPress plugin before 3.6.5.3 does not sufficiently restrict which PHP functions can be used as a custom field-validation callback, relying on a blocklist that omits a file-deletion function, allowing users able to manage forms to cause arbitrary files on the server to be deleted. The deletion itself is carried out when the form is submitted, which requires no authentication. CVE record
- CVE-2026-12793, 16 Sep 2026
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.2. This is due to the plugin not validating that a submitted form ID belongs to a JetFormBuilder form before parsing the referenced post's content as form schema and executing an Advanced Validation server-side callback. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create a new administrator-level user account. CVE record
- CVE-2026-19862, 6 Sep 2026
- The JetFormBuilder WordPress plugin before 3.6.5.2 does not validate or strip line breaks from address values it sources from submitted form fields before adding them to the headers of the e-mails it sends, allowing unauthenticated users to inject arbitrary e-mail headers, add hidden recipients and spoof the sender. Exploitation requires the site to be configured to take one of the message's addresses from a form field. CVE record
- CVE-2026-19859, 6 Sep 2026
- The JetFormBuilder WordPress plugin before 3.6.5.2 does not sanitize a request parameter before rendering it as message content, allowing unauthenticated users to execute arbitrary shortcodes registered on the site on any page displaying a form. Escaping is applied to that content before a later shortcode-expansion pass rather than after it, so the escaping can be bypassed. CVE record
- CVE-2026-19858, 5 Sep 2026
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder WordPress plugin before 3.6.5.2 does not perform authorisation checks when resolving request-derived data during page rendering, allowing unauthenticated users to read arbitrary user, post and term properties and metadata, including password hashes, private and draft content, and secrets other JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder WordPress plugin before 3.6.5.2 store in metadata. CVE record
- CVE-2026-19861, 5 Sep 2026
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder WordPress plugin before 3.6.5.2 does not properly sanitise and escape a form field's value before including it in the HTML notification emails it sends, allowing unauthenticated users to inject arbitrary HTML into messages delivered to administrators and other recipients. Whether injected script executes depends on the recipient's mail client, but the injected markup is rendered regardless. CVE record
- CVE-2026-13459, 2 Jul 2026
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.3. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to retrieve every distinct value stored under any arbitrary wp_postmeta key on the site - including WooCommerce billing PII such as _billing_email, _billing_phone, and _billing_address fields, order totals, attachment paths, and any third-party plugin credentials or tokens stored in post meta - provided at least one published JetFormBuilder form with a get_from_db generator field exists on the site. Exploitation requires that the target site has at least one published jet-form-builder post containing a field whose generator_function is set to get_from_db; an attacker must supply a matching form ID, field name, and generator ID in the request, but all of these can be discovered by browsing the site's public forms. CVE record
- CVE-2026-4373, 21 Mar 2026
- The JetFormBuilder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file read via path traversal in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.6.2. This is due to the 'Uploaded_File::set_from_array' method accepting user-supplied file paths from the Media Field preset JSON payload without validating that the path belongs to the WordPress uploads directory. Combined with an insufficient same-file check in 'File_Tools::is_same_file' that only compares basenames, this makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to exfiltrate arbitrary local files as email attachments by submitting a crafted form request when the form is configured with a Media Field and a Send Email action with file attachment. CVE record
- CVE-2025-11991, 16 Dec 2025
- The JetFormBuilder - Dynamic Blocks Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the run_callback function in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.3. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to generate forms using AI, consuming site's AI usage limits. CVE record
- CVE-2024-7291, 3 Aug 2024
- The JetFormBuilder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to privilege escalation in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.4.1. This is due to improper restriction on user meta fields. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level and above permissions, to register as super-admins on the sites configured as multi-sites. CVE record
What to do if you run JetFormBuilder
If you run JetFormBuilder, open WordPress and check the installed version in Plugins. Compare it with the affected versions in the vulnerability record. If a fixed version is available, take a current backup and update to that version or the latest supported release.
If no fixed version exists, consider disabling and removing the plugin or replacing it with a maintained alternative. After dealing with the affected software, check administrator users, unexpected file changes, redirects, unfamiliar pages and security logs for signs that the site may already have been altered.
