- CVE-2026-97070, 5 Oct 2026
- Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key vulnerability in CozyThemes Cozy Blocks cozy-addons allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels. This issue affects Cozy Blocks: from n/a through 2.2.23. CVE record
- CVE-2026-19948, 1 Sep 2026
- The Cozy Blocks - Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor & FSE with 700+ Patterns, 58 Blocks & Templates plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.17. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to retrieve the name, price, short description, image URL, permalink, stock status, and product type of draft, pending, private, and catalog-hidden WooCommerce products not intended to be publicly visible. The sidebarNonce value is emitted unconditionally into public page HTML by multiple block renderers with no login gate, allowing unauthenticated visitors to harvest a valid nonce and pass the only authentication check in the handler. CVE record
- CVE-2026-75019, 25 Aug 2026
- The Cozy Blocks - Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor & FSE with 700+ Patterns, 58 Blocks & Templates plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via cozyHoverEffect Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.16 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload survives wp_kses_post on save because it contains no angle brackets - only a double-quote breakout of the cozyHoverEffect.boxShadow.color attribute value - allowing event-handler injection at the render stage. CVE record
- CVE-2026-15950, 1 Aug 2026

This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. What to do if you run Cozy Blocks
If you run Cozy Blocks, open WordPress and check the installed version in Plugins. Compare it with the affected versions in the vulnerability record. If a fixed version is available, take a current backup and update to that version or the latest supported release.
If no fixed version exists, consider disabling and removing the plugin or replacing it with a maintained alternative. After dealing with the affected software, check administrator users, unexpected file changes, redirects, unfamiliar pages and security logs for signs that the site may already have been altered.
